MY WORK                                             THE BRISTOL CABLE MERCHANDISEDesigning a piece of merchandise for The Bristol Cable, centred around a T-shirt that reflects the spirit and strength of Bristol’s community. The concept draws inspiration from the idea of connection, both literal and symbolic, highlighting how people across the city are linked through shared stories, voices, and the network that The Bristol Cable represents.

The design explores visual metaphors of “the cable” as a unifying thread, weaving through the city and bringing communities together. Influenced by Bristol’s distinct culture, diversity, and grassroots energy, the outcome aims to feel authentic, inclusive, and proudly local.

More than just merchandise, the T-shirt acts as a wearable statement, celebrating connection, community, and the power of independent journalism in keeping people informed and united.
