MY WORK                                                               Viens Palace Re-designA branding redesign for Viens Palace, a small independent Chinese takeaway based in Bristol. The project focuses on reimagining the visual identity of the business by drawing inspiration from traditional Chinese pottery, its forms, patterns, and craftsmanship, while deliberately moving away from the stereotypical red and yellow colour palette commonly associated with Chinese restaurants.

Instead, the new identity introduces a more distinctive and contemporary colour scheme, allowing the brand to stand out within a highly competitive local market. This approach balances cultural reference with modern design sensibilities, creating a look that feels both authentic and refreshingly different.

The outcome includes a cohesive set of brand applications, featuring two advertisement poster designs and a fully redesigned menu. Together, these elements aim to elevate the perception of Viens Palace, attract a broader audience, and create a memorable visual presence that reflects both quality and individuality.
